Agilent DNA microarrays use the Agilent Sureprint inkjet technology to produce highly repeatable 60 mer probes for gene expression, comparative genomic hybridization or CHIP analysis. Arrays are available for Human, Mouse, Rat as well as many other model organisms. Agilent earray technologies allows for efficient and straightforward design of custom microarrays for any organism. Agilent arrays can be analyzed with one-color or two-color labeled nucleic acids. Available formats include 1x244K probes, 2 x 105K, 4 x 44K, or 8 x 15K individual microarrays printed on a single glass slide. Agilent Core Service Order Form is available for sample submission. A complete list of Agilent Microarrays is available here. For custom earray design or additional information about Agilent microarray technology please contact Mark Band(markband@illinois.edu)
